Can We CHAT (Conversations about History, Awareness and Transformation) is a facilitated process designed to support from 10 to 100 voluntary participants in normalizing the capacity to discuss difficult topics such as systemic racism, social injustice or gender inequities. |
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Conflict happens. Whether between corporate teams, co-workers, neighbors or family members, a willingness to work through differences can elevate a contentious situation to that of a productive problem solving exercise. Lang & Associates mediators have decades of experience guiding disputants toward understanding interests rather than positions. By lessening the adversarial nature of a disagreement the potential for developing a mutually satisfying outcome is automatically heightened.
