John Sibbet strives to strengthen and refine the unique tapestries of individual lives. Concentrating on the interweave of the environment with being human, he knows that better mental and physical health result from managing this interconnectedness. He is truly mindful living can be accomplished in learning balance through various modalities such as meditation, stretching, acupressure, massage, guided imagery, creative affirmation, and spirituality. Of supreme importance to the success of John’s work is realizing that health and well-being are not arbitrary occurrences; each person’s optimal health depends on learning to allow and relish the presence of love, joy, and comfort.

Private Practice

Private practice utilizing hands-on therapy and breathwork to achieve and maintain optimal health (since 1976). Sessions focus on bringing healing, balance, and integration of the many interrelationships within the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual issues the client presents.

Educator and Trainer

California State approved instructor of massage and hands-on therapies (since 1978); on the teaching staff of three different massage training institutes from 1978 to 1982; co-founded the Integrative Therapy School, an American Massage Therapy Association affiliate, in Sacramento, CA (1983), a California State approved training and certification facility; Educational Director of the Integrative Therapy School’s Massage Practitioner Program; taught such courses as: “Polarity Therapy,” “Muscle Testing & Balancing,” and “Deep Bodywork” portion of a 500-hour massage therapist training program (1983 to1996); lectures and presents workshops related to massage therapy and healing.
